TN TRB Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024:

The application process for the Assistant Professor position in Government Colleges of Tamil Nadu will commence on March 28, 2024, and will be open until April 29, 2024. Interested candidates can access the application form on the official TN TRB website. The examination for this recruitment is scheduled to be held on August 4, 2024. (Tentative)

TRB Assistant Professor Salary

The selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400 (Level 10). 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the Assistant Professor position:

• Educational Qualification: A Master's degree in the relevant subject from a UGC-recognized institution with a minimum aggregate of 55%, along with a valid NET or SET certificate.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be below 57 years old as of 01-07-2024.

 

Application Fee:

The candidates who had already applied and paid the fees earlier in response to notification no.12/2019, dated: 28.08.2019 and 04.10.2019 have to apply again afresh but they are exempted from the payment of online application registration fees.

 

Selection Process:

The selection process comprises three stages: a Written Exam followed by an Interview & Documentation verification. Meritorious candidates from the written exam will proceed to the Interview, and the final selection list will be published accordingly.
